Can I purchase a lot without building right away?

No. In this community, you don’t purchase lots separately. Homes are sold as a house + lot package, and your standard mortgage begins once the home is completed.

How long does the build take once I purchase?

The average build time is 6–7 months from start to finish.

Can I have the basement excavated and framed but left unfinished?

Yes. The base price of every home includes an unfinished basement. It comes insulated, partially framed, and includes the mechanical room with the furnace and water heater.

When will the community amenities be built?

Amenities—including the clubhouse, pickleball court, and pool—begin construction once the builder reaches the 50th building permit.

Are there walking paths nearby?

Yes. Vineyard features a large network of walking trails. While this subdivision doesn’t have direct trail access yet, trails are within a block or two.
