Vermillion
A Village at Kanab (Utah)
Vermillion will offer a warm year-round climate, blue skies, stunning red-rock mountains, and world-class recreation (championship golf-courses, trails, spas, pools, wildlife reserve, playgrounds, an old-style bowling alley, quaint shops and restaurants), all woven together by charming, walkable family neighborhoods.
As part of our outreach program, Goodboro hosted a charette to envision a new future for downtown Kanab... It was a resounding success, and the Goodboro team couldn't stop talking about the warm welcome we received.

Heritage
A Village at Cedar City (Utah)
Heritage will set the standard for attractive, self-sustained, mixed-income development in Cedar City and its environs. The plan was formulated over an eight month period of research, culminating in a week-long design charrette (planning session). City and state officials, local residents, engineers, builders, realtors, the developers, and a world-renowned team of planners and architects worked together to share their vision for the property and form design concepts.
Heritage is an authentic Utah village; home owners can walk to shop, work, swim, play ball or just stroll the idyllic neighborhoods.
We're proud of Heritage at Cedar City.
